In the heart of Funchal’s old town is the Madeira Story Centre, a museum dedicated to the history of the island. This interactive museum displays, in chronological order, important information about the history, culture, flora and fauna and traditions of Madeira Island, from its volcanic origins to the present day. It is definitely interesting and recommended to learn more about this island.
