It’s summer on Madeira and it’s been 2 years …

It’s the beginning of March and I’ve left Christmas and New Year’s Eve far behind me …

It is already going towards winter time …

Right now, spring is in full swing on Madeira.

And the Oscar goes to ………….. Madeira!

We haven’t lived in Madeira for a very long time….

But most importantly, our stuff has finally arrived!

We finally arrived in Madeira, we have been here for 10 days now.

We had a lot to do of course………………..

Madeira – the island of flowers, island of eternal spring, pearl in the Atlantic, paradise for hikers, most beautiful island in Europe – there are many beautiful descriptions of this Portuguese island.

Madeira was the first region in Portugal to develop a plan for the control of the infectious disease COVID-19. This plan was already available on 3.2.2020 and is continuously updated.

Madeira is one of the best dive sites in Europe and of course I had to try it.
With 8 years of diving experience, though after a long break, I was finally able to enjoy the underwater world again.
